"Hydrogen
Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (KHI) and its subsidiary Kawasaki Hydrogen Engineering Australia Pty Ltd (KHEA) (a KHI subsidiary incorporated in Australia), (KHI Group) has signed a licence to use HRL’s IDG technology within a proposed pilot scale Hydrogen Energy Supply Chain (HESC) project.
The IDG licence is for the use of the IDG technology to produce syngas, which can then be used in a pilot-scale hydrogen production plant.
A front end engineering design (FEED) of a pilot-scale HRL Integrated Drying and Gasification (IDG) plant was completed for KHI Group.
These FEED activities included process and engineering design, plant configuration and layout."

draft contract for the design and construction of the PCDP has been completed by Thiess, and
Sedgman has provided a MOU for operation of the PCDP."
