    That the economy is holding up is despite the Gillard govt not because of it.

    The real question here is how long will it take for the rapidly expanding debt, the misguided waste of taxpayer's resources the ever expanding succession of punitive taxes, to turn this country's economy into a basket case?

    Fair question. How long have we got? Months, years?
