The Australian’s lead story today suggests gas is in short supply. We produce 2.5 times the gas needed in the domestic market, but with no gas reservation policy, most gets sent overseas to the benefit of gas exporters. Gas is not in short supply, political leadership is. #auspol

It’s our gas; it doesn’t belong to gas multinationals. We grant them a licence to export this finite resource and in return they need to meet their social licence obligation. They have failed in this regards and so we need a gas reservation policy. #auspolnews.com.au/finance/money/co…
