Good post on the article, However, Kerry Barwise is a gov't adviser and has been for the past 20 years.
My advice, tell me one thing any Gov't has got right in relation to infrastructure build in the last 22 years???
If he is so good why do we not have mandatory bulids such as a national water, gas and electricity grids?
I could advise better than him. He is just like a consultant. Tell him the time and he will write a report on it and charge you through the nose for the priveledge. He even looks like a politician. All the Fed Gov'ts in the past 22 years have failed to deliver on any national infrastructure front and Kerry was advising. YOU THE READER MAKE UP YOUR OWN MIND and do not read everything you read as GOSPEL.
PS. He does not even mention alternatives.......
