You forget Sector I sold up in December 2013 to lock in that rise off a low base. And broad generalisations of 10% rises across all capitals are typical misleading property spruik. Most capital were not even half that, but manipulating figures is marketing 101.
A 10% correction by end of 2014 .... easy money while the funds sit at call over 4.5% until then.
