You clearly have limited knowledge or comprehension of the underlying legal structure of the Australian electricity market. I refer to your following statement:

Really? Go back in time and try to get some understanding of the formation of the Australian electricity market. I realise you have limitations, but even you might understand from that, each State government has a say.
