Why?
MPs shouldn't be getting anything other workers can't get.
I know MPs aren't employees and don't have set holidays etc.
But if he can't do his job as a minister he should be back in a backbencher salary. All the other backbenchers have to manage on it.
If he's on extended leave as an MP and unable to represent his electorate then he should resign or be sacked. All electorates deserve someone in the job who is giving 100%.
