Hi Kel, I agree with you overall, but I don't think they can't see the superiority of our tech, they are just kidnapped by the rail and port money or simply the promise of it. how many pollies will resist the temptation to sacrifice a little local company to" bring the billions of dollars in" ,to "benefit the overall economy"?, to buy the votes essentially. however, The problem with short-sight or simple the dollar for dollar logic is the rail and port promise may not kick off at all or may be stalled in the early stage due to exactly the reason that they picked up the rubbish, uncompetitive tech. History will judge them, maybe much sooner than we think. the problem of this system is that pollies only live up to their three or four years voting cycles. I don't want to blame any individuals for that.
