the laws create a multibillion $$$ black cash only market so lucrative
organised crime is into it.
what commodity brings in 4million $$$ a tonne...($300/ounce,$4,800 a pound)
as well as being pure non taxable cash,unregulated,opaque,inestimable.

if decriminalised,allowing anyone to grow and sell however much they can,
as long as the income is declared and tax paid for...
the jails would over night be emptied,the unemployment rate would be halved in a stroke,
police might be able to concentrate on victim crime,a lot of people would find employment and be off the dole,
the organised crime wouldnt be able to compete,(why import when everyone grows it here)
