Though I see whats is currently happening and has been mention before in the posts recently:
"Accumulation in Progress"
Which is created through and from no news leading to frustration then to doubt
and then the big kicker -
FEAR creeps in and the accumulator is locked and loaded to collect from the weak minds/hands.
