before people conclude that investors that got shares will be selling down to 12 cents, one must see who has invested. Many placements see the price move up and stay up. I am sure some will look to make a stag profit, but we must consider that QOL now is a producer with cash in a relatively scarce yet required metal.
I actually think it may move back up and I do not see it going to 12 cents. Take a look at BBY other raisings and the share price performance of those shares

is there a supply shortage projected - yes
are we expecting price increases - yes
will qol be producing to take advatage of this increase - yes
is there scope for expansion of this project - yes
