Id say 2020 might be the new 2030 .I don't foresee global and world banks being as generous as to produce a "global reset" .Generosity isn't something i associate with these people ,they've had many opportunities throughout history to have a global reset e.g world war 2 but for a start have kept the British endebted ever since ,the yanks crikey .They love shackles and they're simply tightening them at this point in time ....... What a debt bomb .
