Australia has been degenerating since Howard took over as PM ( it looked half r'sed alright while he was in - but, it wasn't us - it was the world running hard - and, we did nothing - absolutely nothing - just gave some money to liberal mates and brought some labor votes by baby bonus when Howard got the frights a bit)
we had a chance when Rudd got in - he proved to be disastrous - it just got worse because of him right through the Gillard years as well - then, OMG - we got Abbott - and, the slide continued - then, you wouldn't think it could get worse - but, -------------- yep, you guessed it
we haven't taken a trick for a long long long long time now - and, it's not going to happen under the Liberals ----------- I have no idea if the slide would continue under Labor or not --- they have changed since Rudd etc. - but, until they get a run - we won't know
one thing is certain - we are going nowhere but backwards with this mob - and, they have been in 7 years already
