    It is a bit disappointing but not surprising. The volume in the 8s was great, the best I have seen. EQR is very lightly traded so it moves up and down fast on very little funds. If/When this thing turns into the cash cow we all hope and expect it to, the tightly held register will be a thing of beauty.
