Apparently our bubble was different. We had a shortage of houses. Now it turns out we have an oversupply.
Apparently we are different, our market can't collapse because we don't have sub prime. Now the courts are extinguishing sub prime loans, the high court is throwing out appeals from the lenders, and now the lenders are going broke.
But don't worry - we are different here.
