not all states in US has Non recourse loans !
in florida(or nevada)...one of those for sure.....just for an example...both of whom experienced some of the biggest crashes you COULD NOT, i repeat couldn't return the keys !
so there goes that theory...together with some credibility of 2 (TWO) posters !
(which have been giving unwanted advice)...why would you do that to yourselves ?
not to mention: why would you do that to us?
