you can trick some buyers into 'jumping the gun' but not all and definately not find more buyers than what there are in existence !

it looks like we have too much stock ! (shortage anyone?)

and you are right...students did matter....no more!(revert back to too much stock)

so did negative gearing (wait till they start losing jobs)...(again it turns into excess stock)
