I really don't know why you attach the bullish bit to this ?. You seem to have a fixation with this whole bulls/bears thing .

I'm neither bull nor bear . Just an investor who happens to own some property .

As to your comments about UT's investment .

Seems like you're criticizing UT's choice of investment to me .

That would be alright if you had some experience in this type of housing but you clearly don't . So I would say that regarding this type of property , you have no idea what you're talking about .
