And I dont disagree with that strategy until now .. or maybe it will still work but the 'hold" part suddenly will require many more years ..

All these bulls who use history to support their argument for ever increasing house prices (or rather no house corrections > 10%) are riding on a prayer. This is unchartered terrority so take away the "historical" comparison then you are left with no other conclusion that OZ housing it setting itself up for a thump. I really wish it wasnt so but I can not see it any other way.
