Exactly...and intelligent individuals clearly understand that this forum is dominated by Bears and therefore bearish posts are met with great enthusiasm.
I do, however, feel truly sorry for those that are desperately waiting for prices to fall so they can buy.
They will only grow more desperate in the coming years as prices continue to rise.
