oh .. how did you know. "embark on a second year economics course" .. you mean start a two year economics course or starting the second year of an economics course? Course or degree? now you've just confused me.

I have to thank you though .. and the other bulls because I perfectly understand why you guys support a strong bull view on property .. I was a little worried that there was some substance behind your arguments .. my worries are 100% eased. Like the majority of Oz you wont see whats coming.
