Forged maybe you read charts differently to me but I don't see property prices having doubled in the last 7 years, in fact in most capital cities, they look like flat liners that if you added inflation to, would amount to a negative return.
Imagine that .... buying an investment expecting it to double in 7-10 years, then finding out its flat lined, and to add insult to injury, you have to make up the shortfall from the rental yields.
And that's why bank shareholders have the most passive investment of all, funded by you, all they have to do is click the mouse, pay $30 brokerage, then wait by the mailbox for your cheques. You on the other hand have all the entry, holding and exit costs to pay.
But keep doing what you do, you are supporting all our super funds. Lol.
