I already fully owned my Perth house since 2003. Sold out in 2008 with good profits, sold my business... moved to Melb & bought 2 houses. No fee, no rent, nothing for me. I'm not expecting it to double in short term.... I'm not extreme rich, just taking life easy at the moment.
