A dividend yield from a bank vs gross rental yield ..... seriously???
Deduct from the gross rental yield your entry costs of stamp duty and bank fees, holding costs of rates, insurance, tenancy and letting fees, rates and maintanence, then ... for those lucky enough to exit with a profit ... your selling costs.
