They've happened or the process has already begun.

It's frustrating to be waiting so long between announcements, but by the time we do get an announcement, it's actually happening.
Unlike the SDL announcements that ended up being wishful thinking.

Considering the recent track record of dotting the i's and crossing the t's, I wouldn't expect any relisting announcement until everything is absolutely locked down.

ie; no repeat of a Padbury style $6B funding announcement from some mystery anonymous entity!!!
