I think you are right, there wont be an ANN re: IPO/re-listing until everything is complete i.e final design, feasibility, costings and funding (I am sure this is done). I still believe it will be an IPO on the HKSE...

@Praetor I also sent them en email about the timeline approx 10 weeks ago. I didn't get a response and as we know they have not amended it.

All: What time frame do we think we will relist/IPO?

My thoughts: That last ANN reads that we are close to having everything in place re: feasibility/costings ect. IMO we can only be a matter of months away. The below reads very well and alludes to it almost being completed IMO:
