    The MOU also proposes that AustSino and CCCM explore options in good faith for CCCM to access,
    utilise or own the Port & Rail Infrastructure Rights.
    The terms of any agreement to access, utilise or own the Port & Rail Infrastructure Rights are currently being negotiated between CCCM and
    AustSin
    THis is a MOU not a binding contract sounds like a lot of discussing on going by all.....?
