End of Q1 is only a little over one month away. The project scope could have also expanded since the pre Xmas market update. Hence, Ding has to roll everything into a single announcement which is understandable and manageable.

Omicron effect on the timetable cannot be overstated. I reckon the whole thing has slipped by at least 1 month if not more due to the global Omicron situation.
