"including financing potential future acquisitions of oil and natural gas interests in its core areas."
I wonder if AUT have their eye on AWE (who bought out ADI).
Originally before farmout AUT and ADI owned 20% and EKA 12.5% of the same area. AUT also owned additional area and deeper area.
Thoughts??
