It's great to see you back here ,you are a font of knowledge and completely balanced unlike so many others .Beach is something I sold that I instantly regretted because I know the potential is there.I think the Cooper is a great story but something needs to happen to light the spark ,in which case they'll all get a massive rerate,but that is a very telling comment of yours ,it needs to happen in the next 12 months or it could become yesterday's story
SXY is a bit of a no brainer on paper ,one of those stocks where you keep scratching your head asking yourself why you haven't bought it .You've just reminded me ,there are quite a few catalysts there and they have a buffer.
