approx, however the total takeover figure was $2.5 billion due to the debt of $750 million.

Looking at the valuations of the USA Eagle Ford companies SEA should have a market cap of $1 billion approx and I believe that as the ASX completely ignores the value as sure as hell there will be a takeover bid from offshore lets hope it is more than $1-50.
