The only peaceful way I can see of precipitating any real constitutional change, is if a significant number of people simply spoiled their ballot papers at each and every election.
It would drive a wedge between the parliaments and the people; they would be on the margin; they would no longer be able to hide behind their lie of representing the people.
Essentially and effectively, all Australian parliaments are one-party parliaments pretending to be two-party parliaments! Sometimes they campaign under the Labor Party flag and other times under Liberal Party flag; the same parliaments filled with the same tyrants!
