Not yet, have jumped in and out of PNA a couple of cents each way and jumped into BPT at 76.5 today - mid sized holding. have also bought back some COE at 43.5 and 45.5 and 46 yesterday and today.
I want to get back in but the fact that it hasnt really bounced makes me feel I ahve a chance to get some of 36. I think if it does break up again it will go to the mid40s. The only thing that has prevented me is the market. I bought BPT because if the market tanks at least I will get a divi
