    Citibank/corp/group put their hand up on monday for 300 odd billion and were handed it on Tuesday no questions asked,,,,,,,,, and yet the auto makers asking for a "mere 25 odd " billion are being made to jump through all sorts of hoops,,, wtf is going on????
