what is wrong with earning a decent income.

I do not see anyone crying fool at the finance employees/execs making squillions.

I would rather earn a modest/decent income rather than be paid pittance sweating it out in a Chinese factory.

after all globalization is about shifting the base of employment from higher paid industrial nations to the lowest paid ones.
