I think it is time to buy KIM. I have read the citigroup broker report, and it would be hard to dream up something more negative.

I haven't bought yet though. I'll wait till the cap raising issue is put to bed (I could be wrong - diamond prices have been very strong over the last quarter and they may not need to reduce debt).
