ffoyzer - It actually launches tonight 1:30 am AEDT (US's Friday open 9:30 am), so stay up and watch if interested. No need to wait  until Monday .
My experience with ADR's in USA is that they are clones of the source company, at a ratio of 5 (foreign) shares:1 of the local (AU, in this case),  with local currency  (AUD) converted to the target currency (USD). Correct me if I'm wrong but the tail wags the (big) dog. As it is in Sweden, (say, ERICY), or wherever, so is the corresponding ADR priced in USA, with currency conversion. Also MSB has had not one but two companies in USA in the past, ANGIOBLAST (sister company) later bought out by MSB, and the US ADR, MBLTY, which still trades there  OTC.

If I am missing something about this IPO , please do enlighten me. I will add that that fifth character of NASDAQ stock symbols  has different meanings...Y = foreign (as in ADR).

Perhaps this IPO is not really an ADR, but the literature seems to describe it as such. Perhaps it's a different animal. Again, correct me if I am wrong......

I have mentioned much of this previously.
    P. S. With all due respect,  kumbaya and hugs  - like "hope"  - are not sound investment (or trading ) strategies. OTOH, I am  a long and close friend of the founder  - am in this out of loyalty, faith, so to speak, and that is also not a sound investment strategy. But I've known Silviu a quarter of a century going back to NY days, he lives a few blocks from me , and he's a VERY smart guy, going from humble rheumatologist to AIDS Researcher (in the age of AIDS, in the heart of the then nightmare (NYC)) and then Director of Transplantation Immunology at Columbia Presbyterian (aka "NYPH"), both the largest hospital and employer in the NY Region. So I have a lot of respect.  He couldn't do what what he wanted to do in such an environment, and so started the company, with backing from Pratt's son-in-law and Investment company (an old College friend). So he has local backers with deep pockets (long time friends,as I say).
Still not a good reason, but perhaps better than hope, which seems to be very prevalent on HC.
Let's see what happens (if anything) NY Friday Trading. Grab a drink or three, and stay up until the 1:30 opening. There are 3 IPO's tomorrow...let's see who rings the opening bell...probably all three, is my guess.
Regardless...good luck. Personally, I am frustrated with the years of stagnation of this stock, while fully aware of the tribulations of numerous Trials, and getting FDA Approval. It's a long and difficult product development cycle, until a product is endorsed, authorized, , monetized and profitable. I suspect a lot of the weak hands (stock holders) have already been shaken our of the market.
Having said that BHP is at 10 year ago levels, and the sheeple continue to hold......Indeed, this could be said of many "blue chips", most of which are deep in the red, as is the XJO itself, at 2006 /07 levels.
So much for "LTBH" strategy - which is no strategy at all, except for failure.
    But I digress.
We don't need luck, but I'll say it, good luck to all longs.
