I tried with 'X' and it still comes up with the same message - "Unable to access your holding. Check your details and try again"
My HIN is eight digits and I have tried both - "X00" as suggested by Rusty above AND also the 'X' before the HIN numbers.
The system does not like me for some reason.
What am I missing?
