This probably does not apply to you watso as you seem to be very fit.
The body is not built to carry heavy amounts of fat .... hence why you see obese people
sway as they walk and have crap knees as they get older.... and cannot get up if they fall,
I am talking about peoples bones ... not muscles .... if you have weak bones (not you) then
muscle will only go so far.
If bones are damaged or broken ..... muscle won't help much at all. Imho
