for about a week now, watso has been aiming for a daily fast of about 18 hours - but in conjunction with his daily fast, he has also been going for an early morning walk (about 4km) but with a 10kg backpack (water in milk bottles) ..
carrying extra weight, = burn more calories + keep legs strong ..
watso is far to frugal to buy fancy looking lil weights that people carry, or strap to themselves ...
mmmm if watso were to buy these weights - is the chickybabe included .. or is that an optional extra???
