The bot in this case has been instructed to buy, by an institution for a client in this case at .027 cents.
Usually bots are used to push a share down in price while another bot is triggered to purchase at a lower price.
But i think in this instance one bot is only being used to accumulate at its set price.
1 one for a client by a institution or
2 to put a floor on the price to stop it dropping further
I think in this case someone with deep pockets is accumulating at these low prices.
The Managing director said the shares were a steal in the 3 cent range.
Now they are this price they are a absolute bargain i believe.
