'Further hearings are due in January/February, with the final hearing date set down for the first week of
March 2009. In the meantime s150 mediation process is continuing aimed at settlement of commercial
parameters acceptable to the Grantee and Native Title parties.'

If the NTT is reasonable, there can only be so many extensions..the use of the word "final" granted is RWD board's (read Ruanne's)choice of wording in the ann. but to me it indicates the sentiment of the presiding judge in hopefully wanting to get on and clear this one off his books....
