I used to buy & sell US Properties . Done lots of deals & most of them 50-80k range but lots of them . There have been numerous times when deals got delayed due to paperwork & at the end it all worked out .. I guess they are penning down a $5bn deal & if we don't go with extrapolated numbers it's still worth Billions of Dollars .. I am patient & i am sure other LTH are too .. Let's see what this weeks brings on table & hopefully all weak hands are eaten up by big players on open for it to have a steady rise there after
