On the surface the 19.9% might not look great at $65m and it is likely it might affect the impact of this announcement on what the shareprice might have done without the option component.
That said to have the 57th biggest company on board as a 20% shareholder is not something to discount. Having a company of that size gives serious credability to AUZ in terms of developing Sconi and likely opens up further opportunities for the development of Flemington which will add value to the company and the shareprice.
