My take on this:
Everyone was all up in arms about this when they announced the term sheet and said it wasn't binding, when they stated that it was a binding off-take agreement.
So IMO, they took out in last announcement, and want to put this to bed by announcing the legal binding off-take agreement when it happens (actual legal docs are done and dusted by both parties) or is announced....so there is no speculation and or held up again by ASX query and so on....
