They passed a legally binding Resolution on 30 May that they referred to 'in part' in the Annual Report. The AR says that the options would expire 3 months after the release of the BFS. At the time of the AR writing it can only be assumed that they 'thought' that the BFS would be released before 30 September as the expiry would then be earlier than the 31 Dec 18 expiry.

They cocked up - in terms of the AR accuracy - by releasing the BFS after 30 September. Either that or they forgot that they also adopted the 31 Dec date and the distinction of 'whichever comes first.

Bottom line - the AR said options would expire 3 months after BFS. But they didn't. They expired on 31 Dec so the AR was wrong - plain and simple.

How can you ever be taken seriously with that sort of poor interpretation???
