I'm not sure about the current legalities.
But they aren't getting 600 million shares on market anyway. I don't see the point.
If it's legal I guess they could buy 25 million shares at an ave price of 7c or so.
By that stage the sp will be 12c.
Then they could get the other 640 mil shares from AUZ?
No idea.
They'd save about 1 mil doing it that way if it's legal and doesn't affect the terms of the agreement re: discounts.
