They will want to lend money as Bergen's conversion is always at a discount to the prevailing share price at the time of conversion of the notes. I would love to lend the Company all the money I have if I could get the same deal as Bergen. Conversion at 90% of the lowest point on certain days over a trading window commensurate with conversion is perfect for converting and dumping for a tidy profit risk free.And please, no one start trying to tell me about the non public "protections" in place.
