I am not sure if the Company even has early repayment rights on the first and second tranches, but (assuming they do....which is an assumption) I would honestly be 100% fine with the company doing a ~$10mill rights issues at 3.5cents to repay the outstanding balance on the notes and to ensure it is in a position to opt out of the third tranche.
Of course, SKI coming in at 12 cents would be better.......but, you know....
I am not sure if the Company even has early repayment rights on...
