I don't think anyone doubts what they've achieved. What's required to move forward is putting strain on the SP and will continue to do so until the following is sorted.
1. $80mill op is taken.
2. Bergen is sent packing.
3. Project financing.
I suspect there will be a number of CR's if the $80mill is not taken up by SKI, which will dilute the hell out of the company at a much lower price than 12c.
